With growing demand and complex return flows, EasyStall needed a modern platform that could centralise data, simplify administration, and provide valuable insights to both their internal team and clients.
The Challenge

Jacobs Development built a custom returns management dashboard using Flutterflow—giving EasyStall and their clients a modern, scalable platform to manage returns.
Integration with Returnless API
By integrating with the Returnless API, the dashboard connects directly to multiple sales channels like bol.com and Shopify. This ensures all return data flows into one central hub, no matter where the original sale happened.
Supply Management Module
We developed tools for inventory and supply management, so EasyStall can track returned products, stock levels, and restocking flows more efficiently.
Automated Invoicing
To cut down on manual administration, we built an automated invoicing system. This ensures that clients receive accurate billing linked directly to their return volumes—saving time and reducing mistakes.
